Full course description

A carbon planting is a valuable and rewarding way to diversity your farm income or reduce the carbon emissions of your business. It can also improve your on-farm biodiversity and resilience. However, successful plantings rely on good planning and preparation to produce the best results.

This free, self-paced course guides landholders through the benefits and risks of a carbon planting project and the steps to successful revegetation. This includes how to plan, establish and maintain your planting.

The Carbon Revegetation Guide has been developed by Riverina Local Land Services and is proudly supported by the NSW Government, under the Net Zero Plan Stage 1: 2020-2030.
